CHUCKATUCK CELEBRATES
Last year, the GCHF hosted a celebration of Chuckatuck we called “Founder's Day” at the Chuckatuck Volunteer Fire Department. Now we are asking for your help to make this an recurring annual event.
You are invited to
an organizational meeting for a community-wide celebration in October for Chuckatuck and the surrounding area. The first planning meeting will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at 7 PM at the Chuckatuck Volunteer Fire Department
. We want the community to come together to plan a day of fun, fellowship
and pride for our historic village. Our goal is to expand the celebration throughout the village to include more amusements, vendors, a parade and music. Your input and participation will be appreciated.
