Mr. Fulgham originally owned land in the current Governors’ Pointe (Crittenden/Hobson area). He later moved to Sandy Bottom, where he and his wife, Emma, raised their family. His daughter, Lillie Leann, married Frank Hall of Chuckatuck. They had nine children: Elsie, Sevella, Henry, Curtis, Earnest, Willie, Cliff, James Harry and Elmer.
